DELIVERY INFORMATION
PACKAGING
We carefully pack your items in additional packaging to try and get them to you in good condition. Smaller items are packed with additional air packing, a brown shipping box and cross strapped with fragile tape. Larger items may rely on their original brown shipping boxes as courier prices vary by size.
Please note that we cannot guarantee pristine packaging. Any damage to a box in transit is excluded from our returns policy and we offer no compensation or return option for this. If the product itself is damaged in transit, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery is calculated by weight and only FREE to China Mainland excluding HONGKONG SAR & Taiwan Region. Depending on the item, our courier choices are YTO Express or SF Express for China Mainland orders.
For international shipping premium items, we usually ship using DHL which aims to get to you within 2 weeks. If you are not happy with any of the above couriers, just let us know and we can look at alternatives such as DPD, TNT, Interparcel, UPS and others.
If you did not choose a correct delivery method during your checkout, we reserve the right to charge the correct shipping costs. We will send the order to the shipping address provided by you during checkout. We are not liable for any loss or damages in any way as a result of a wrongfully submitted address.
PAYMENT
By email
Email your order to Shibadon@hotmail.com . We will need full particulars of your order requirements, your name, address, telephone number. Select economy or express shipping. You can safely email all the items you selected to us, the final price which includes delivery fees could be arranged for you within 3 days. We will confirm receipt of these and will later confirm the items shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order which will indicate the estimated shipping date. We will keep you informed and provide tracking information when applicable (not on all smaller orders).
No sales taxes apply except for deliveries to other countries where the appropriate Local Custom sales tax rates apply. Customs duties rarely apply due to local country extensive free trade agreements but if they are assessed they are the customer’s responsibility.

* Please ask us for a quote since the cost varies according to the weight and value of your order as well as your location.
* Costs are in US$. Insurance is included. However mail service is uninsurable to some countries, mostly African or Asian, so these require a more expensive courier service – we will advise you if this is applicable.
* Keep in mind that we will ship your order only after your payment has been received. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us by email.
* Orders are generally shipped within a few days to allow time for the finishing work (adding the lining or Polystyrene Foam). We will advise you if there will be any delay.
PRIVACY POLICY
We fully respect your privacy and pledge never to disclose any information about you to any third party, unless legally required. When ordering from our website, you will need to provide information to complete a transaction including your address, telephone number, email address. This information is securely encrypted using the strongest algorithms available – as secure as online banking. We do not store this information.
